We assist patients with insurance matters after a car accident and do not require upfront documentation or payment. Consultations are complimentary, and patients receive guidance in understanding their insurance coverage, whether related to auto or medical insurance. Most patients are able to use their Washington State insurance benefits. In cases where benefits are exhausted, we coordinate with attorneys to ensure continued access to necessary care. Patients are not required to have an attorney to begin treatment. Our clinic staff is experienced in handling complex insurance cases and works to maximize available benefits, easing the administrative burden and allowing patients to focus on recovery.

Dr. Eric Neumann, D.C.
Chiropractor
Dr. Eric Neumann, D.C., has over 12 years of experience and has treated more than 1,200 patients. He specializes in managing acute spinal injuries, particularly for auto-collision patients. A graduate of Western States Chiropractic College (2009), he brings a strong foundation in chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation techniques. Originally from Alberta, Canada, Dr. Neumann earned his Massage Therapy license while majoring in Chemistry at the University of Calgary.
Fluent in English and French, he combines manual therapy with a patient-centered approach to recovery. Outside the clinic, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Lauren, playing ice hockey, participating in fantasy football, and spending time outdoors with his dog. Dr. Neumann currently practices at our Pasco clinic.
