Dr. Eric Neumann, D.C.
Dr. Eric Neumann, D.C., has over 12 years of experience and has treated more than 1,200 patients. He specializes in managing acute spinal injuries, particularly for auto-collision patients. A graduate of Western States Chiropractic College (2009), he brings a strong foundation in chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation techniques. Originally from Alberta, Canada, Dr. Neumann earned his massage therapy license while majoring in Chemistry at the University of Calgary.
Dr. Jordan Pangerl, D.C.
Dr. Jordan Pangerl, D.C., has over eight years of experience helping patients recover and rebuild their strength. A chiropractic physician with a master’s degree in sports medicine, he specializes in injury rehabilitation and movement restoration. Originally from Pine City, Minnesota, Dr. Pangerl’s early passion for sports led him to pursue chiropractic care following a track injury. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States.
Dr. William Hong, D.C.
Dr. William Hong, D.C., holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a master’s degree in sports medicine from the University of Western States. He brings both clinical expertise and practical experience to his patients. Before entering chiropractic care, he worked in restaurant operations and studied pre-medicine at UC Irvine and biology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Since then, he has specialized in spinal rehabilitation, integrating manual adjustments, traction therapy, laser therapy, and functional strength exercises to support long-term recovery.

History
Accident Care Chiropractic began in Portland, Oregon, in 2007, founded by Dr. Alexis Lee after her own recovery from a life-changing car accident. With a mission to provide post-collision care that is both effective and accessible, the practice grew rapidly.
The first Washington clinic was established in Pasco in July 2023, followed by expansions into Kennewick and Lakewood in 2024, continuing our focus on post-accident spinal rehabilitation. Each new location was selected to meet community needs and is staffed by expert chiropractors, therapists, and support personnel specializing in auto-injury care.
