We assist our patients with insurance matters after a car accident without requiring upfront documentation or payment. Consultations are complimentary, and patients are guided through understanding their insurance coverage, whether related to auto or medical insurance. Most patients are able to use their Washington State insurance benefits, and in cases where benefits are exhausted, coordination with attorneys ensures continued access to necessary care. Patients are not required to have an attorney to begin treatment. The clinic’s staff is experienced in handling complex insurance cases and works to maximize the benefits available, reducing the burden on the patient and helping to manage the administrative aspects of post-accident recovery.

Dr. Eric Neumann, D.C.
Chiropractor
Dr. Eric Neumann, D.C., has over 12 years of experience and has treated more than 1,200 patients. He specializes in managing acute spinal injuries, particularly for auto-collision patients. A graduate of Western States Chiropractic College (2009), he brings a strong foundation in chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation techniques. Originally from Alberta, Canada, Dr. Neumann earned his Massage Therapy license while majoring in Chemistry at the University of Calgary.
Fluent in English and French, he combines hands-on healing with a personalized approach to recovery. Outside the clinic, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Lauren, playing ice hockey, dominating fantasy football, and spending time outdoors with his dog. Dr. Neumann proudly serves patients at our Pasco location.
Dr. Jordan Pangerl, D.C.
Chiropractor
Dr. Jordan Pangerl, D.C., has over 8 years of experience, has been helping patients recover and rebuild their strength. A Chiropractic Physician with a Master’s in Sports Medicine, he specializes in injury rehabilitation and movement restoration. Originally from Pine City, Minnesota, Dr. Pangerl’s early passion for sports led him to chiropractic care after a track injury. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States
and his Biology degree from Minnesota State University, Moorhead. His approach blends manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy, DNS techniques, and corrective exercises to deliver lasting results. Outside the clinic, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and exploring the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.
Dr. William Hong, D.C.
Chiropractor
Dr. William Hong, D.C., has a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Master’s in Sports Medicine from the University of Western States. Dr. William Hong brings both clinical expertise and real-world experience to his patients. Before chiropractic, he worked in restaurant operations and studied pre-med at UC Irvine and biology at UNLV. Since then, he has specialized in spinal rehabilitation, blending manual adjustments, traction therapy, laser therapy, and functional strength exercises for lasting recovery.
Raised in Southern California, Dr. Hong’s work ethic and empathy were shaped early, balancing school, sports, and family business. Today, he proudly serves the Lakewood community, helping patients regain mobility and confidence through personalized, hands-on care rooted in trust, compassion, and lasting results.
