We assist our patients with insurance matters after a car accident, without requiring advance documentation or payment. Consultations are complimentary, and patients are guided through understanding their insurance coverage, whether it pertains to auto or medical insurance. Most patients can use their Washington State insurance benefits, and when benefits are exhausted, coordination with attorneys ensures continued access to essential care. Importantly, patients are not required to have an attorney to initiate treatment. Dr. Eric Neumann, D.C.
Chiropractor
Dr. Eric Neumann, D.C., has over 12 years of experience and has treated more than 1,200 patients. He specializes in managing acute spinal injuries, particularly for auto-collision patients. A graduate of Western States Chiropractic College (2009), he brings a strong foundation in chiropractic care, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation techniques. Originally from Alberta, Canada, Dr. Neumann earned his Massage Therapy license while majoring in Chemistry at the University of Calgary.
Fluent in English and French, he combines manual therapy with a patient-centered approach to recovery. Outside the clinic, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Lauren, playing ice hockey, participating in fantasy football, and spending time outdoors with his dog. Dr. Neumann currently practices at our Pasco clinic.
Dr. Jordan Pangerl, D.C.
Chiropractor
Dr. Jordan Pangerl, D.C., has over eight years of experience helping patients recover and rebuild their strength. A chiropractic physician with a master’s degree in sports medicine, he specializes in injury rehabilitation and movement restoration. Originally from Pine City, Minnesota, Dr. Pangerl’s early passion for sports led him to pursue chiropractic care following a track injury. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States and a bachelor’s degree in biology from Minnesota State University, Moorhead.
His clinical approach integrates manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) techniques, and corrective exercises to promote long-term functional recovery. Outside the clinic, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and exploring the natural landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.
Dr. William Hong, D.C.
Chiropractor
Dr. William Hong, D.C., holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a master’s degree in sports medicine from the University of Western States. He brings both clinical expertise and practical experience to patient care. Before pursuing chiropractic, he worked in restaurant operations and studied pre-medicine at UC Irvine and biology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Since then, he has specialized in spinal rehabilitation, integrating manual adjustments, traction therapy, laser therapy, and functional strength exercises to support long-term recovery.
Raised in Southern California, Dr. Hong developed a strong work ethic and empathy early on by balancing school, sports, and responsibilities in the family business. Today, he practices in the Lakewood clinic, helping patients improve mobility and function through individualized, evidence-informed care focused on trust and clinical outcomes.
